Where the pictures come from
Every puzzle is a public domain artwork. Most come from the open access programs of the Art Institute of Chicago, the National Gallery of Art in Washington and the Cleveland Museum of Art, which release images of public domain works under Creative Commons Zero (CC0). Our masterpieces set uses public domain images credited on each puzzle page. Each puzzle page gives the artist, title and date, with a link to the work on the museum's website. We are not affiliated with any museum.
Your progress and records
Your progress, best times and daily streak are saved in your own browser (local storage). We don't have accounts and we don't collect them. Clearing your browser data resets them.
